38 m arm pump truck
Talk about the bucket seal of arm pump truck today
As anyone who has used a pump cart knows, the special lithium grease, commonly known as butter, is caused by the special structure of the hopper. In order to ensure that the shaft is not invaded by concrete and worn, the butter is continuously spilled from the sealing chamber, pushing the concrete outward and protecting the internal shaft and bearing by means of butter consumption. As a result of this special structure, a continuous flow of high-pressure butter is required to be injected into the sealing chamber. If the butter cannot be injected in time, the concrete will squeeze into the sealing chamber, leading to failure of hopper sealing, bearing sticking and severe shaft wear. Logically, the failure of the hopper seal is entirely the result of the untimely penetration of the butter, that is, the lack of force from the grease pump, or the unobstructed line, and the fact that the seal itself is not worth a dime. Therefore, when the pump car is in good condition, it must be the seal that plays an irreplaceable role, because its reliable quality can maintain the continuous and stable operation of the pump car. If the seal fails, you must be the result of some external cause, such as the grease pump, and the seal itself is a victim, not me. Hopper seal can be said to be the last part of the pump car face, not one!
